Nagasaki whale tsukemen champon

Developed using whale, a traditional food of Nagasaki Prefecture

This is a new type of champon called "tsukemen" in which champon noodles made using traditional methods are dipped in a dipping sauce containing boiled whale meat.

The noodles are made with Sato Seimensho's original blend of wheat flour and traditional consistency.

Traditional champon noodles made with carefully added toaku (Chinese lye)

It has a strong texture and rich flavor.

The dipping sauce that goes with it is the traditional Sato Seimensho original soup.

Whale meat is added to add richness and a unique flavor.

This dish allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of the noodles and the delicious taste of whale meat.

It won the Governor's Award (highest award)/ Grand Prize in the Agricultural Processed Products, Alcohol and Beverages category at the 2021 Nagasaki Specialty Products New Product Exhibition , and is expected to become a new Nagasaki specialty.
