In 1926, the first generation Sato Rikyumo established a noodle manufacturing business in Zeniza, and the current Sato Noodle Factory was born.
Thanks to everyone's support, we have reached our 100th anniversary. At the time of our founding, the first president, Rikyumo, was in the noodle manufacturing business.
During the cold seasons, we aim to be a noodle factory that is loved by everyone and has roots in the community, serving freshly cooked, boiled noodles as a place that provides warmth to workers nearby and local residents.
After that, we worked to promote and popularize Nagasaki Champon, such as by founding the Nagasaki Fresh Noodle Association and presenting Nagasaki Champon noodles to the Imperial Family. Following in the footsteps of our founder, we make efforts every day to make Nagasaki Champon even more familiar to everyone.
To celebrate our 100th anniversary, we have decided to offer a masterpiece created by third-generation owner Shigeki Sato, who has inherited the noodle-making techniques from our founder, Rikyuushige, and who has brought out the flavor of "karaku", an ingredient that is only available in Nagasaki Prefecture, under the name "Nagasaki Specialty: One Hundred Years of Perfection."
This product encapsulates the 100-year history of Sato Noodle Factory.
