1926

The founder, Toshihisa Sato, started a noodle business next to Zeniza Market. He made kamaage udon noodles in front of the noodle factory to provide cheap and delicious meals to the workers at Zeniza Market and to people visiting the nearby employment agency.

1947 (Showa 22)

Tetsuro Sato, the second generation, took over the business.

1955 (Showa 30)

Founded the Nagasaki Fresh Noodles Association and became its first chairman

1959 (Showa 34)

Chanpon noodles presented as a gift to the Imperial Family

1978 (Showa 53)

Third generation owner Shigeki Sato takes over the business

1985 (Showa 60)

Received a letter of appreciation from the Governor of Nagasaki Prefecture

1992

The second generation, Tetsuro Sato, worked hard to turn the Nagasaki Fresh Noodle Association into a cooperative as its vice president.

2017 (Heisei 29)

Kamaage udon is back! Kamaage udon is served in front of the store.
