Developed in collaboration with "Kaminari," a popular medicinal hotpot restaurant in Omura City.

Simply dissolve in water to easily make medicinal hotpot soup.
Medicinal hotpot is a popular dish in China, but today it is spreading throughout Japan.
This product is an authentic medicinal hot pot dish with a well-balanced soup of savory and spicy flavors that is also suitable for Japanese palates!
In addition, they use "Nagasaki medicinal cuisine" that incorporates ingredients unique to Nagasaki such as "yukou" and "loquat leaves."
For the final noodle, we chose Sato Noodle Factory's special champon noodles, which have the traditional Nagasaki flavor, authentic medicinal hot pot soup, and the aroma of Nagasaki medicinal foods.

It won the Excellence Award in the Agricultural Processed Products, Alcohol and Beverages category at the 2022 Nagasaki Specialty Products New Product Exhibition , and is expected to become a new Nagasaki specialty.
